This option is available to help those folks that would like to either order their Web Page and use another payment method or need to have more information before they make their commitment to order.

We firmly believe that the web pages we create will help your business or organization. We firmly believe that they are a "bargain" even if we charged 20,000 Pesos or $350 USD as other companies would. If you are reading this it may mean that our selection of payment methods does not include options you can take advantage of. It is possible you find it hard to believe the offer is a real one and want to get more information before you commit your money. We understand those things. Let us answer your questions about value compared to price and we can make arrangements that fit your needs. Our "Communication Form" is designed for that.

If you already believe that our web pages are what your business or organization needs (even if we charged 20,000 Pesos or $350 USD as other companies would). You know you would pay even more money if you had it. Your current situation will keep you from being able to pay the small payment of 300 Pesos or $6 USD immediately. Then read on and learn about what you can do.

First go ahead and place your order with the "Other" option checked in the "Order Form". Then send a short message by email, text, phone or our "Communication Form" which you will find on a previous page. This message should in "simple English" state your requirements. If you need to actually see your Web Page on the Internet before you are willing to commit to payment just state that and we will understand and trust your good intentions.

Our organization is created to HELP people that need help. We provide "Education" because we believe "Education is the KEY". An old saying states that if one gives a man a fish you feed him for a day, if you teach him to fish you feed him for life. We are an organization built on the principles of Individual Philanthropy.

We do not have a great reserve of money and never expect to have such. We can and do offer "Credit" if you express your sincere need for an extension of time to pay. We define Philanthropy as "goodwill to fellow men; especially an active effort to promote human welfare". We are doing that in two ways:
  1. helping young people become economically sound
  2. helping businesses and other organizations to become or stay economically viable.

What the world needs now, more than any other time in the history of mankind, is "Individual Philanthropy". That means everyone must help others to whatever extent they can.

The 300 Pesos or $6 USD will allow us to pay our Internet web page programmers, sales representatives, and basic overhead needed to teach programming/sales skills. All of our personnel are willing to work for free if it means helping another in greater need. We do not want to take part in letting economically well off individuals, companies or organizations accumulate greater profits at the expense of the poor. We DO NOT want to encourage folks to ask for credit when they do not intent to pay at any time. That only causes good people worry and stress and encourages bad people to continue in their anti-social behavior. We do not resent well off individuals, companies or organizations that want to get more income and believe that is a good thing. We do not believe that getting more income should be done at the expense of poor people.

If your business or organization needs to get or keep more high income clients then you need a web page to do that. If times do not allow you to pay the 300 Pesos or $6 USD we will understand that. If you want to help promote our way of thinking by referring customers for web pages or young people in need of training we would appreciate that. If you would later feel able to donate time or money we will appreciate that also. If you just need time or credit for the 300 Pesos or $6 USD then this is the option to use for payment.
